How do I place an order?
Choose your products, add them to the cart and complete checkout. You do not need to create an account.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments (cards, net banking and UPI) and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible products. All online payments are processed securely.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Select Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay when your order arrives.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free on all orders delivered within India.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch orders within 24 hours, and delivery usually takes 3 to 5 days after dispatch. See our Shipping policy for details.
Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes. You receive a confirmation by email right after you place your order. If you have not received it within 12 hours, please contact us.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you receive a tracking number by email. You can also use our Track your order page with your order number.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel within 24 hours of placing the order, before it is shipped. Email or WhatsApp us with your order number. Full steps are on our Cancel order page.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Once an order is confirmed we cannot change the shipping address, so please check your address carefully at checkout.
What is your return and refund policy?
You can request a return within 5 days of delivery. Once an approved return is received and inspected, we refund the full order amount within 3 business days. Read the full Return & refund policy.
Do I need an account to shop?
No. Order updates and tracking details are sent to your email.
Do you have a physical store?
No, Aarvigo is an online store. You can shop anytime on our website.
