Cancel order
How to cancel an order you placed within the last 24 hours.
Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been dispatched.
How to cancel

- Mention your order number and the product name.
- Send the message "Cancel order" along with your full name and city.
- We will confirm your cancellation once we have verified your details.
Important notes
- Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. If this happens, you can still request a return after delivery under our Return & refund policy.
Cash on Delivery orders
Cash on Delivery orders that are refused at delivery cost us shipping and handling in both directions. To keep the service fair for everyone, we may restrict customers who repeatedly refuse COD orders from placing further orders. If you no longer want an order, please cancel it within 24 hours instead of refusing delivery.
